Annual Report 2024 Now Available

We’re excited to announce that the SHARP Foundation’s 2024 Annual Report is now available! This report highlights our achievements and the ongoing dedication to improving the lives of those facing complex health and social challenges.

In 2022-23, we made significant strides in our goals:

• Integrated Care: Expanded our programs to help individuals transition to independent living and provided specialized palliative care at Murray’s House.

• Facility Development: Achieved certifications for Beswick House and Project Kathleen, ensuring safe, accessible, and environmentally-friendly living spaces.

• Community Partnerships: Strengthened relationships with partners like HomeSpace and CUPS, while launching a successful art initiative with residents.

This year, we’ve also focused on financial sustainability, strategic growth, and improving health outcomes through research and education.
