• Opened in 2001· Provides transition housing and support to non-palliative clients wishing to successfully establish themselves in independent living environments
• Residents are provided with their own bedroom and share and maintain the other areas of the home.

Program: Awareness and Education

• Provide seminars on caring for individuals living with HIV and AIDS to families or friends of individuals living with HIV/AIDS, staff, volunteers, contractors, community-based service organizations, support groups, post-secondary education institutions and the general public. This is all in an effort to reduce the stigma of the disease and the discrimination of individuals living with HIV and AIDS.
