Who We Are
 

The SHARP Foundation (Society Housing AIDS/HIV Restricted Persons) is a Calgary-based non-profit charitable organization with a mandate to provide a 'wholistic' (medical, physical, psychosocial and spiritual aspects) continuum of care to people living with HIV or AIDS.

We believe that each person living with HIV/AIDS will have the supports to meet their needs.

Our Philosophy is to maintain or enhance quality of life by providing non-judgemental care and support with compassion.


 
 

  • You are invited to the 3rd Annual Taste for Life at Gypsy Bistro & Wine Bar in support of SHARP.  The event will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2008.  Please call Gypsy Bistro directly (263-5869) to book your reservation for either the 5:00 pm or 7:30 pm sitting.  Gypsy Bistro is located at 817 - 1 St. SW.  We look forward to seeing you there!
  • The SHARP Foundation Bingo - May 28th, 2008 (5:00 pm to 9:30 pm)
    Looking for a way to help out?  SHARP volunteers run a bingo at Five Star Bingo Hall once a month and are always looking for new volunteers!  No experience necessary!  To volunteer, please call Jaclyn at (403) 272-2912.  Come out and enjoy the new SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT!!
